Dr. Bundrick

Dr. Paige Bundrick is native of Covington, LA who attended Tulane University and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience.

After undergraduate she moved to North Louisiana to complete medical school. She stayed close to home to complete her surgical training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery at LSU – Health Sciences Center.

She discovered her love and talent for plastic surgery while in residency and then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Bundrick is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.

After fellowship, Dr. Bundrick joined Dr. Barron O’Neal to provide her patients with a comfortable atmosphere for their aesthetic journey.

She also continues to serve the Shreveport-Bossier community at LSUHSC providing skilled plastic surgery for those suffering from facial and head and neck cancer, trauma, and other reconstructive needs.

Dr. Bundrick is the chief of Facial Plastic Surgery at LSU/Oschner Shreveport and is the head of the facial trauma committee for the Department of Otolaryngology.
She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of surgery at the LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport and serves as a mentor and leader for medical students interested in pursuing a career in plastic surgery.

Outside the hospital setting, Dr. Bundrick is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, Shreveport Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, and Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.

Her husband, Dr. Clay Bundrick, is an Ophthalmologist at Highland Eye Clinic. They have 2 children. She is an equestrian athlete and spends weekends on outdoor adventures with her horse, Jack.

Dr. O’Neal

Dr. Barron Johns O’Neal is a native of Shreveport graduating from Byrd High School in 1970, president of his senior class. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from LSU in Baton Rouge, majoring in Zoology. He was a member of the Pre-Medical Honor Society and Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He received his Doctoral Degree from LSU Medical School in Shreveport where he was chairman of the Honor Council and president of his senior class. He received his general surgery residency training at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport and Plastic Surgery residency was completed at the University of Louisville Health Center. He was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1985.

Dr. O’Neal has recently joined in partnership with Dr. Paige Bundrick after Dr. W. Harold Brown retired in 2021, with whom he shared a partnership with for over 37 years. 

Dr. O’Neal is on the active staff of all Shreveport area hospitals having served a variety of leadership roles including Chief of Staff, Chief of Surgery, Physicians Advisory Committees, Cancer Conference Committees, Director of Wound Care, Quality Review Council, and Delegate of the Louisiana State Medical Society. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of surgery at the LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport.

Outside the hospital setting, Dr. O’Neal is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Shreveport Medical Society and Louisiana State Medical Society. His is past president of the LSU Medical School Alumni Association and Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club. He served on the Vestry of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, sits on the school board of St. Mark’s Cathedral School and serves as Medical Advisor for the St. Mark’s Church medical outreach missions.

Dr. O’Neal is listed in the Consumers Research Council of America’s “Guide to America’s Top Surgeons”, Who’s Who in America, Best Doctors, Inc. He has been cited in Shreveport/Bossier SB Magazine Top Doctors, Louisiana Life Magazine Louisiana’s Top Doctors, Guide to America’s Top Plastic Surgeons, and Best Doctors in America.

Dr. O’Neal has articles published in multiple pier reviewed medical journals including Annals of Surgery, Archives of Surgery, Journal of Surgical Research, The Archives of Dermatology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Surgical Rounds.

Dr. O’Neal has been married for over 36 years and has four children and many grandchildren. He is an avid tennis player winning State Championship Titles and enjoys all outdoor activities.
